POSCO INTERNATIONAL (CEO Lee Kye-In) has won the Grand Award in the ‘Corporate Websites: Conglomerate’ category at the ‘iNOVA Awards,’ an international website competition hosted by the U.S. company MerComm, Inc.
Over 120 companies from eight countries participated in this competition. After securing the Gold Award in the ‘Corporate Websites: Conglomerate’ category among 14 different categories, POSCO INTERNATIONAL was further honored with the Grand Award, which is awarded to only the top five companies following additional final evaluations.
The iNOVA Awards, hosted by MerComm―known for organizing the Mercury Awards, one of the world’s top three public relations competitions―are recognized as an esteemed competition participated by leading global companies.
POSCO INTERNATIONAL revamped its website under the theme “Planetwide Answers for a Better World,” inspired by its new brand identity (BI) titled “We Find Answers Planet Wide,” which was introduced last October.
The company’s sophisticated website design features the curved silhouette of the Earth as seen from the atmosphere, receiving praise for its uplifting depiction of a sunrise as users scroll down.
Additionally, the website enhances user convenience with a clean and intuitive UI design, presenting comprehensive business and financial information in an intuitive format. Particularly, the real-time access to investment information through the IR chatbot (PO-BOT) has also garnered significant praise.
Meanwhile, the company has a history of submitting its promotional video ‘With Nature Make Future’ to the Mercury Awards in 2023, where it won the Honors Award in the Video – Corporate Identity category, thereby benefiting from award winning under MerComm for two consecutive years.
