Announced the first brand identity (BI) since joining POSCO Group
Showed aspirations for qualitative growth through the new BI and guiding principles
POSCO INTERNATIONAL has revealed its inaugural Brand Identity (BI) since becoming part of the POSCO Group, titled ‘We Find Answers Planet Wide.’
On October 31, POSCO INTERNATIONAL (CEO Lee Kye-In) hosted a ‘Brand Showcase’ at POSCO Tower in Songdo, unveiling its new brand identity and guiding principles. During this event, the company articulated its vision and goals, emphasizing its ambition to achieve qualitative growth in the global market.
The newly announced BI, ‘We Find Answers Planet Wide,’ reflects its aim to lead in various sectors, including steel, energy, agro, and new businesses on a global stage. The company demonstrated its commitment to being a business that addresses significant questions from a global perspective, contributing to sustainable growth and offering optimal solutions.
On that day, POSCO INTERNATIONAL introduced nine guiding principles to its executives and employees, under the theme ‘Our Technology That Gives Answers.’ These principles, which include ▲Our answers for the Earth tomorrow starts here today, ▲Lead by example, ▲The same pattern always leads to the same result; always try something new, emphasize the pursuit of challenge and innovation, serving as concrete guidelines for executives and employees to achieve qualitative growth.
During the event, CEO Lee Kye-In stated, “POSCO INTERNATIONAL has continuously evolved, and our scale and stature have also grown sustainably. With this announcement of our BI and guiding principles, we will address the challenges we face as a global leader, thus leading the way through possibilities and innovation, while embracing diversity and inclusivity to achieve our goals.”
Additionally, the company introduced a new slogan alongside the BI: “Adding Value to the World with Planet-Wide Answers.” This slogan reflects POSCO INTERNATIONAL’s commitment as a part of the POSCO Group as a part of the POSCO Group to creating greater social value through solutions to global issues, expressing its ambition to embody the brand philosophy. A brand film screened during the event showcased POSCO INTERNATIONAL employees active worldwide, effectively conveying the message of the slogan and garnering significant attention.
